What this site publishes

CLIA certificates of laboratories and facilities, as the federal government publishes them. Phone and fax numbers in the file are not republished, and the file does not name laboratory directors. A laboratory whose name is only a person's name — typically a physician's office — is searchable but no page lists it. No patient information exists in this file or on this site.

What your browser sends

No analytics, no advertising, no cookies. Searches run in your browser against static files. A click on a referral link is counted (site, link and page — no visitor identifier). The host (Cloudflare Pages) keeps ordinary server logs.

How we are paid

• Dated reports and Pro access.
• A referral: some pages and records carry a link to Registres, an independent data gateway that introduces companies to AI labs licensing internal workflows. This site may be paid a fee if a company that applies through the link is accepted. No one pays to appear here.

Corrections and removal

The data is a public federal record. If something is wrong, or you want an entry removed from this site, write to us: we cannot change the federal file, but this site is not the government.
